ATM ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਢਵਾਉਣ ਆਏ ਭੋਲੇ-ਭਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਵਸ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ 5 ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀ.ਆਈ.ਏ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ‘ਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਮੋਤੀ ਨਗਰ ‘ਚ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਅੱਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ । ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 2 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੈਂਗ 70 ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ 70 ATM ਕਾਰਡ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਅੱਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 20 ਤੋਂ 30 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗੈਗ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 46 ਐਫ.ਆਈ ਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆ ਹਨ । ਸੂਤਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ‘ਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਇਸ ਰਸਤੇ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਰ ਪਏ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛ -ਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ। ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਾ ,ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ,ਵਿਸਾਖ਼ਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਸ਼ੁਬਮ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਇਹ ਗੈਂਗ ਚੀਮਾ ਚੌਂਕ ਸ਼ੇਰਪੁਰ ,ਗੈਸਪੁਰਾ ਵੀਰ ਪੈਲਸ ,ਦਿੱਲੀ ਰੋਡ, ਜੋਧੇਵਾਲ, ਪਿੰਪਲ ਚੌਕ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ATM ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਖੜੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਲੱਭਦੇ ਸਨ । ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅੱਗਰਵਾਲ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਤਿਰ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਹਰ ਬੈਂਕ ਦਾ ATM ਕਾਰਡ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬੈਂਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ATM ਕਾਰਡ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਚੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਵਸ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਨ ਦੇਖ ਲੈਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਦਲ ਲੈਂਦੇ ।..

An official statement quoting Singh said he has directed authorities to strictly ensure Covid patients are not charged for plasma therapy and that nobody is allowed to buy or sell plasma. The Chief Minister also appealed to the recovered patients to come forward to save the lives of others. He urged the Deputy Commissioners and health department officials, during a Covid management virtual review meeting, to motivate such patients to donate plasma. Currently, there are around 10,000 recovered virus patients in the state, he said, adding that his government’s priority was to save each and every life in Punjab. Contrary to the Chief Minister, state AAP president Bhagwant Mann said the party would not allow the government to sell the adonated’ plasma to private hospitals for Rs 20,000 per unit. “We strongly oppose the open aloot’ by the government allowing sale of adonated’ plasma at a price. We will hold peaceful and symbolic protests against this decision on Friday all across Punjab, strictly observing the essential safety corona stipulations,” Mann said in a statement...
