(ਸਮਾਜਵੀਕਲੀ) ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਨੂੰ ‘ਬਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ’ ਤੇ ‘ਅਸ਼ਟਮ ਬਲਬੀਰਾ’ ਜਿਹੇ ਲਫਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਜੋਤ ਦੇ ਅੱਠਵੇਂ ਵਾਰਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਸਨ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼1656 ਈ: ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੀਰਤਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਾਬਾ ਰਾਮਰਾਇ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਔਰੰਗਜੇਬ ਦੇ ਅਸਰ-ਰਸੂਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਪੰਕਤੀ ‘ਮਿਟੀ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਕੀ ਪੇੜੈ ਪਈ ਕੁਮਿਆਰ’ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ‘ਮਿੱਟੀ ਬੇਈਮਾਨ ਕੀ, ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਗੱਦੀ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਅੱਠਵੇਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਜੋਂ 6 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ, 1661 ਈ: ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਿਆਈ ਆਸੀਨ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 5 ਸਾਲ, 3 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਾਏ ਧੀਰ ਮੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਸੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੰਢਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ। ਇੱਧਰੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਾਂ। ਗੁਰਿਆਈ ਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੱਕ ਹੈ। ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੇ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵਿਉਂਤਾਂ ਗੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਪਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਗੁਰੂ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੇ-ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਧਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤ ਸਮਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ‘ਨਹਿ ਮਲੇਸ਼ ਕੋ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇਹ ਹੈ’ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਜ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਹੇਠ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਾ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨਦਿਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਖ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ਼ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਇਕ ਸਾਖੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਆਪ ਪਾਲਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਇੱਕ ਕੋਹੜੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਕੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਲੇਟ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਗ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।..

Washington, (Samajweekly) NASA and SpaceX launched Crew Dragon spacecraft from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Saturday, carrying two American astronauts to the International Space Station. The Crew Dragon, atop the Falcon 9 rocket, took off from the same site used for the first moon landing in 1969 at 15.22ET. It’s the first private space vehicle to transport astronauts into orbit, the BBC reported. They’ll reach their initial orbit in around nine minutes, and part of the rocket will return to earth to be reused. Washington,(Samajweekly) Scripting a historic chapter for the US space programme, Elon Musk-run SpaceX on Saturday sent two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) onboard the reusable Falcon 9 rocket. The SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft carrying NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley was on its way to the orbiting laboratory in the space and had safely reached orbit, NASA said in a statement. It is the first time that astronauts have been sent into space from the US soil since 2011. It is also the first time that US astronauts have been sent into space by a private company, signalling an end to the US dependence on the Russian space technology. The Crew Dragon spacecraft lifted off from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the same site used for the first moon landing in 1969, reports CNN. “I can’t believe it with my own eyes. I’m so grateful they’re up there,” said SpaceX engineer Lauren Lyons, who frequently hosts SpaceX’s mission webcasts. The journey would take approximately 19 hours and the astronauts should reach the space station at around 10.30 ET (eastern time) on Sunday, according to NASA. After successfully docking, Behnken and Hurley will be welcomed aboard station and will become members of the Expedition 63 crew. They will perform tests on Crew Dragon in addition to conducting research and other tasks with the space station crew.
