(ਸਮਾਜਵੀਕਲੀ) ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਨੂੰ ‘ਬਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ’ ਤੇ ‘ਅਸ਼ਟਮ ਬਲਬੀਰਾ’ ਜਿਹੇ ਲਫਜ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਜੋਤ ਦੇ ਅੱਠਵੇਂ ਵਾਰਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਸਨ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼1656 ਈ: ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੀਰਤਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਾਬਾ ਰਾਮਰਾਇ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਔਰੰਗਜੇਬ ਦੇ ਅਸਰ-ਰਸੂਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਪੰਕਤੀ ‘ਮਿਟੀ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਕੀ ਪੇੜੈ ਪਈ ਕੁਮਿਆਰ’ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ‘ਮਿੱਟੀ ਬੇਈਮਾਨ ਕੀ, ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਗੱਦੀ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਅੱਠਵੇਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਜੋਂ 6 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ, 1661 ਈ: ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਿਆਈ ਆਸੀਨ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 5 ਸਾਲ, 3 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਾਏ ਧੀਰ ਮੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਸੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੰਢਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ। ਇੱਧਰੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਾਂ। ਗੁਰਿਆਈ ਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੱਕ ਹੈ। ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਨੇ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵਿਉਂਤਾਂ ਗੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਪਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਗੁਰੂ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੇ-ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪਧਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤ ਸਮਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ‘ਨਹਿ ਮਲੇਸ਼ ਕੋ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇਹ ਹੈ’ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਔਰੰਗਜ਼ੇਬ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਜ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਹੇਠ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਾ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨਦਿਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਖ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ਼ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਇਕ ਸਾਖੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਆਪ ਪਾਲਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਇੱਕ ਕੋਹੜੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਕੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਲੇਟ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਗ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।..

Covid-19: Indo-Pak check post in Punjab’s Attari closed

(ਰਾਜਾ) ਨਵੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਆ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਤਾੜੂ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੇ। 3. ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਰਾਜੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਐਬ ਨਾ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਪਰਜਾ ਉਸਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਭਚਿੰਤਕ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। 4. ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। 5. ਬਗਾਵਤ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਾਗੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠਿਕਾਣੇ ਲਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। 6. ਨਵਾਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਨਵੀਂ ਜਿੱਤੀ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਰੱਖੇ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਚਿਰਕਾਲੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨੇੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੁੰਗਰਦੇ ਉਪਦ੍ਰਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਝੱਟ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਉਂ ਹੀ ਉਪਦ੍ਰਵ ਉੱਠਣ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਵਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਨਮਾਨੀ, ਲੁੱਟ-ਖਸੁੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਜਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੁੱਖ-ਸੁਖ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾ ਕੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ। 7. ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਗਲਾ ਉੱਠ ਨਾ ਸਕੇ। 8. ਅਜਨਬੀ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਖਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਹੀਲੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।..

They all were quarantined in a government hospital in Amritsar, some 250 km from the state capital, as a precaution to prevent the spread of coronavirus epidemic, state health officials said. The origin of the stranded Indians, who were in Pakistan for a month, are still not known, an official told IANS. With the intervention of the Ministry of External Affairs, they were allowed to cross the Wagha check post, which has been temporarily closed for the foreigners and the trade, towards India at 2 in the morning. Officials told IANS that they reached Pakistan via Dubai and they were advised by Indian immigration authorities at Attari, some 30 km from Amritsar, to follow the same travel route on their journey back home. One of the stranded Indian tweeted they “are stuck at the Wagha border, coming from Lahore not allowed to cross emigration.
