Dr. Biyani says that `Duty` smells of Servant-Master relationship, and `Responsibility` speaks of a sense of ownership. The basic characteristics of a Responsible person are: He/She is not time-bound, nor money oriented, but is work oriented, courageous, solution-provider, and lively.
